1. Pause and choose your intention

Before putting on your bracelet, take a slow breath. Think of something you want to welcome, nurture, or make space for in your life.

Your intention can be a single word or a short sentence. It does not need to be perfect. It only needs to feel like yours.

A little inspiration:

“I welcome new beginnings.”
“I choose to trust myself.”
“I make room for joy.”

2. Write it down

Using the special pen included in your package, write your intention in the writing area on the back of your CHAPTER card. Let the ink dry completely before touching the writing or putting the card away.

3. Carry it with you

Put on your bracelet and take a moment to remember the words you chose. Let it be a small, everyday reminder to return to your intention.

Keep your CHAPTER card with you, tuck it into a journal, or store it somewhere meaningful. Revisit it whenever you need a moment to reconnect with yourself.

4. Keep your chapter online

Scan the QR code on the back of your CHAPTER card with your phone’s camera. Sign in, or create an account, then type your intention and select Plant My Intention. If you purchased the bracelet, use the account linked to your order. If you have already started this chapter, simply open it to continue.

Writing on the card does not save your words online automatically — enter them on the website too, if you would like us to keep them in your account.

Read My Chapters opens your web CHAPTER BOOK, bringing together images of your bracelets, your intentions, dates, and the reflections and memories you save.
Reflect on this chapter lets you check in with your intention. Reflection opens after a short waiting period; your chapter page shows when it becomes available. You can also add personal reflections in your chapter’s journal once it opens.
Download My Chapters creates a PDF CHAPTER BOOK you can save to your computer or phone. Download a fresh copy whenever you want to include new entries.

The online chapter is optional. Your handwritten card and bracelet can be meaningful on their own.

Giving a Chapter to a Friend

Let your friend choose the words for their own beginning. Leave the card’s writing area blank and give them the bracelet, CHAPTER card, and pen.

Before activating the chapter yourself, scan the card’s QR code and sign in with the account linked to your purchase.
Under Gift a chapter, choose Copy gift code or Copy gift link and send it to your friend.
Your friend opens the gift link, or scans the card and enters the code under Claim a gifted chapter. They sign in to their own account and claim the gift.
They can then plant their own intention, return to My Chapters, and read or download their CHAPTER BOOK. Reflect on this chapter becomes available after the waiting period.

Only an unused chapter from your own order can be gifted this way. A chapter you have already activated, or received as a gift, cannot be passed on through this option. Share the gift code or link only with the intended recipient.

If your Friendship set includes a bracelet for each of you, give one to your friend and keep one as your own reminder of the connection you share.

For products that support a shared Friendship chapter:

Scan your CHAPTER card, sign in, and plant your intention to begin the chapter.
On the page opened from your card, choose Copy invite link and send it to the friend you would like to join.
Your friend opens the invitation, signs in to their own account, and follows the Join Chapter prompt. They can add a memory as they join.
Use Shared memories to add moments you can both see in the shared chapter.

Sending the invitation is how you choose to welcome your friend into the chapter. Your personal reflections remain private to each of you. If you would like to share a private reflection, you can send a saved reflection card or your downloaded PDF yourself.

Use the invite link when you want to share a Friendship chapter together; use Gift a chapter when you want your friend to begin their own chapter instead.

Caring for Your CHAPTER Card

Keep the card dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat.
Avoid contact with hand cream, lotion, perfume, cleaning products, and other chemicals. Handle it with clean, dry hands.
Do not rub or scrub the card, especially the writing area.
If you carry it with you, use a protective sleeve or a separate pocket to reduce rubbing against keys and other objects.

Caring for Your Bracelet

Keep it away from perfume, lotion, hairspray, and household cleaners.
Take it off before showering, swimming, sleeping, or working out.
Store it on its own, so other jewelry does not scratch the beads.
After wearing, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Avoid dropping it or knocking the beads against hard surfaces.
If your bracelet has a stretch cord, gently roll it over your hand when putting it on or taking it off. Avoid pulling or overstretching it.

A Little Extra Care for Crackle Quartz

If your bracelet includes Crackle Quartz, give these beads a little extra care:

Protect them from knocks, pressure, heat, and sudden temperature changes.
Do not soak them or use steam or ultrasonic cleaners.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and vigorous rubbing.
