1. Materials
What are the beads made of? Why do some have marks inside?
We prefer natural stone and mineral beads when we can source them with confidence, but not every bead is a natural crystal — some designs may use glass, ceramic, or other materials depending on the batch. Inclusions, faint lines, and colour variation are normal for handmade jewellery, not defects. Every piece is unique.
Why do beads look slightly different in size or colour?
Handmade work and mixed materials mean small differences in size, shape, and tone. That character is part of artisan jewellery.
2. Chapters
What is a Chapter at Lychee Vibes?
A Chapter is a personal life record tied to a Lychee Vibes symbol — usually a bracelet, sometimes another keepsake or a design you create. After you plant an intention, you can save reflections and memories in My Chapters.
How do I start a Chapter?
Buy or claim a symbol, sign in, then plant your intention (Activate). That opens your Chapter. Full walkthrough: How Chapters Work.
What happens after I plant an intention?
Wear your symbol and add memories over time. After a waiting period you can Reflect / Celebrate that chapter and earn Vibes. Activating also typically gives you a Next Chapter Gift coupon toward a future order.
Can a friend join my Chapter?
Some symbols support Friendship (shared) chapters: you begin, and someone you love can join optionally. Private reflections stay private to each of you; shared memories grow together on the same journey.
Can I download My Chapters?
Yes — in My Chapters, use Download My Chapters for one PDF booklet of your symbols, intentions, and memories.
3. Craftsmanship & timeline
How long will it take to receive my order?
After payment confirmation we usually ship within 1–3 business days (standard items). International delivery is about 7–21 business days. Custom pieces take longer — see the product page.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Unpaid orders are not shipped. Custom items are still in production per the timeline on the product page. Questions? Contact Support.
4. Sizing & care
How do I measure my wrist correctly?
Use a soft tape measure snugly at wrist level and note centimetres. Full guide: Size guide.
Will metal parts tarnish?
Plated metals and alloys can dull over time with moisture, perfume, or sweat. Remove when showering or exercising and store dry to extend wear.
5. Returns & warranty
What is your return policy for custom designs?
Standard items: 14-day returns. Custom/personalised items: no change-of-mind returns. Full policy: Returns & Refunds.
What if there is a quality issue?
Contact Support within 7 days of delivery with photos and a short video. We review each case individually.
