These Terms of Service apply to the online shop at lycheevibes.com and the optional member area at lycheevibes.com/account. By browsing the shop, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Lychee Vibes is an online shop for handmade and custom goods. The shop is publicly accessible — you can view products and check out without creating an account. An optional account (email or Google sign-in) lets you manage orders and profile details.

Checkout & payment

  • Prices are shown before checkout; taxes and shipping are displayed at checkout where applicable.
  • You pay via PayPal (PayPal account, card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through PayPal) on PayPal's secure page.
  • Your shipping address and payment details are entered or selected on PayPal's page — not on lycheevibes.com.
  • PayPal's terms also apply.
  • We do not store full card credentials. An order is binding once payment is confirmed.
  • Unpaid orders: After an order is created, you have 7 days to complete payment. If payment is not completed within that period, the order is automatically closed (status “Automatically closed”). Any applied gift codes and Vibes are restored. An automatically closed order cannot be paid; please place a new order if you still wish to buy. You may also cancel an unpaid order earlier from your account.
  • We may decline or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
  • Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, texture, or dimensions; product photos are illustrative.

Shipping, customs & delivery

  • Ship-to regions: We currently ship to the United States only.
  • Processing: We typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — see the product page.
  • Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery within the US usually takes about 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Shipping cost: Shown at checkout before you pay (via PayPal).
  • Import duties & taxes: If assessed by US customs or the carrier, these are not included in our prices and are your responsibility. Refusal or non-payment may cause delays or return of the parcel.
  • Tracking: When available, we email tracking information after shipment.
  • Address: The address you confirm on PayPal must be in the US and is used for delivery. You are responsible for its accuracy.
  • Delays & loss: Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or carriers are outside our direct control. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the stated or expected delivery date with photos and a short video where applicable.

Returns & refunds

Standard items: 14-day returns. Custom/personalised items: no change-of-mind returns; for quality issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo and video evidence. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Shipping addresses from completed checkouts may be saved to your account. We process account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use our sites for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, or run automated requests that overload the shop.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, text, photos, and designs on lycheevibes.com belong to Lychee Vibes or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use while shopping.

At checkout you may voluntarily opt in to publish your custom bracelet design in our public gallery after payment. By opting in, you grant Lychee Vibes a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display the published layout, preview image, and related metadata on lycheevibes.com and to let other visitors open the same bead sequence in the designer as inspiration and place their own order from it.

  • Sharing is optional. The gallery discount is applied at checkout and is not reversed if we later hide the listing.
  • You confirm the design is your own arrangement of our catalog parts and does not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our liability for contractual obligations is limited to typically foreseeable damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
