These Terms of Service apply to the online shop at lycheevibes.com and the optional member area at lycheevibes.com/account. By browsing the shop, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Lychee Vibes is an online shop for handmade and custom goods. The shop is publicly accessible — you can view products and check out without creating an account. An optional account (email or Google sign-in) lets you manage orders and profile details.

Checkout & payment

  • Prices are shown before checkout; taxes and shipping are displayed at checkout where applicable.
  • You choose a payment method at checkout: Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) — our default — or PayPal (PayPal account, card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through PayPal). Both collect payment for Lychee Vibes Limited Liability Company.
  • Your shipping address and payment details are entered or selected on the secure page of the provider you choose — not on lycheevibes.com.
  • The Stripe Consumer Terms or PayPal terms also apply, depending on your choice.
  • We do not store full card credentials. An order is binding once payment is confirmed.
  • Unpaid orders: After an order is created, you have 7 days to complete payment. If payment is not completed within that period, the order expires (status “Expired”). Any applied gift codes and Vibes are restored. An expired order cannot be paid; please place a new order if you still wish to buy. You may also cancel an unpaid order earlier from your account.
  • We may decline or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
  • Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, texture, or dimensions; product photos are illustrative.

Shipping, customs & delivery

  • Ship-to regions:Contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC; excluding Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), Canada, Switzerland, and New Zealand.
  • Shipping to the European Union and United Kingdom is currently unavailable.
  • Processing: We typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — see the product page.
  • Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 3–10 business days depending on destination. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping, shown at checkout before you pay (on Stripe or PayPal).
  • Import duties & taxes: Listed prices do not include import VAT or GST. We charge tax at checkout only where we are registered to collect it (for example via Stripe Tax or PayPal after registration). US listed prices have no import tax added; rare US customs assessments, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Tracking: When available, we email tracking information after shipment.
  • Address: The address you confirm on Stripe or PayPal must be in a region we ship to. You are responsible for its accuracy.
  • Delays & loss: Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or carriers are outside our direct control. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the stated or expected delivery date with photos and a short video where applicable.

Returns & refunds

Standard items: notify us of your return decision within 14 days of delivery, then send the items back within a further 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping unless we agree otherwise. Custom-made or personalised items: no change-of-mind returns; handmade items that are not customised remain subject to the standard return policy. We cover necessary return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For quality issues, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos and, where helpful, a short video; this reporting period does not limit your statutory rights. For returns under applicable statutory withdrawal rights, we issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and may withhold them until receiving the goods or proof of return. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Shipping addresses from completed checkouts may be saved to your account. We process account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use our sites for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, or run automated requests that overload the shop.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, text, photos, and designs on lycheevibes.com belong to Lychee Vibes or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use while shopping.

At checkout you may voluntarily opt in to publish your custom bracelet design in our public gallery after payment. By opting in, you grant Lychee Vibes a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display the published layout, preview image, and related metadata on lycheevibes.com and to let other visitors open the same bead sequence in the designer as inspiration and place their own order from it.

  • Sharing is optional. The gallery discount is applied at checkout and is not reversed if we later hide the listing.
  • You confirm the design is your own arrangement of our catalog parts and does not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our liability for contractual obligations is limited to typically foreseeable damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
