Standard (non-custom) items
- You may return standard products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided items are unused and in resalable condition (EU distance-selling rules where applicable).
- Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back.
- Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise or the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued via the same PayPal payment once we receive and inspect the return — typically within 14 business days.
Custom & handmade items
- Custom-made or personalised products (e.g. engraving, made-to-order sizing, your design) cannot be returned for change of mind.
- No refund is offered for custom items unless there is a quality defect attributable to us.
Defects, damage & wrong items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos and a short video showing the issue as evidence.
- Include your order number, product name, and a brief description.
- After review we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Cancellation before shipment
If your order has not shipped yet, email [email protected] to request cancellation. Custom work that has already started may not be cancellable.
Payments & refunds
All payments are processed by PayPal (including cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through PayPal). Approved refunds are returned through the same channel where possible.
